durch den Film «Wild Style» über die Hip Hop-Kultur New Yorks auf die Welt der DJs, MCs, B-Boys und Painters aufmerksam. Fasziniert vom Handwerk der DJs im Film, besorgte er sich Plattenspieler, Mischpult und Sampler, und begann zu experimentieren.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Ein abgeschnittener Finger, den er an seinem Arbeitsplatz fand, wie er erfuhr derjenige seines besten Freundes, überzeugte ihn, von einer Karriere als Gangster abzusehen. Stattdessen begann er mit seinem Bruder ein Hip Hop-Projekt, welches ihnen den Kommentar von Gästen aus Amerika eintrug: Ihr seid wie «Crash» und «Bumm».
