Hailing from Brighton, UK, Dub Athlete cross-pollinates genres and pushes boundaries, delivering deep immersive journeys through underground bass music. With her distinctive dynamic style and energy, she interweaves dubstep with hypnotic techno, 2step, broken beats, leftfield bass and more, delivering expressive and sub-heavy sets that reflect her roots in original UK dubstep and dub.

Dub Athlete is a DJ deeply dedicated to her craft, motivated by her love for sound system culture, her belief in the unifying power of music, and her commitment to inspiring movement, self-expression, connection and presence.

Over many years, she has honed her sound and style, earning her recognition within the UK underground and abroad. She is a resident DJ for The Mine and has performed for respected labels and brands including Rupture, Hvywght, Deep Medi, 1985 Music, Outlook Festival, Subdub and Keep Hush. In 2024 she featured on the revered Ilian Tape mix series, and has had multiple radio mix appearances on NTS, RINSE FM and SWU FM. In 2025 she also debuted at Fabric, and is soon to also debut at the Roundhouse (22/11/25), The Underground in Bristol (05/12/25) and DUBTOPIA in Bern, Switzerland.

Community Outreach

Since 2019 Dub Athlete has organised and curated the Fortune Sessions, a community night based at the Fortune of War, platforming local underground djs in Brighton. In 2025 she also collaborated on a new project, Rhythms of Resistance, organising not-for-profit events in London that raise awareness and funds for charity projects.
